About Circle Time

Circle Time is a company that offers a subscription service for educational toys that stimulates your child's individual development in a conscious and responsible way. With Circle Time, family fun becomes much easier and more sustainable.

The company's main goals are to deliver the right toys for the right stage, ensure safety and sustainability, help parents create special activities and connection moments with their children, and promote conscious and responsible consumption that encourages sharing and prevents toy accumulation.

Circle Time's service is quite different. You can choose from various subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual). Every month, you receive a kit with 4 toys selected specifically for your child's age, profile, and interests, along with a parent guide that includes play ideas and information about the skills each toy helps develop. After one month, the kit is exchanged for a new one.

Additionally, they offer a rental service for larger toys, with flexible rental periods of 7, 15, 21, or 30 days, to provide even more fun and learning.

What was their biggest challenge?

Circle Time's biggest challenge was to develop a solution that made it easy for visitors to understand all the products with recurring subscriptions and rentals. Circle Time offers a variety of educational toy subscription plans and rental options, each with its own features and benefits.

 However, the complexity of these offerings often confused website visitors, making it difficult to fully understand the available services and choose the most suitable plan or product for their needs.


What did Deza implement to solve it?

To solve this challenge, we used Shopify and developed an e-commerce platform with several customized solutions:


Subscription Solution

We used the Subscription Plus app to configure Circle Time's subscription plans. Subscription Plus offers a robust and flexible platform for subscription management, allowing the configuration of different plan levels, terms, and payment options. 

Additionally, we integrated the Stripe payment method, which is highly reliable and supports recurring payments. This ensures a seamless payment experience for customers, facilitating subscription sign-ups and service continuity.


Customized Plans Page

We developed a highly customized plans page, using a unique component for subscriptions. This page was designed in Figma, focusing on an optimized visual and functional experience. 

The unique component allows visitors to easily view different subscription plans, understand the features and benefits of each, and make their choices intuitively. This personalized design not only improves usability but also increases the attractiveness of subscription plans, encouraging more sign-ups.


Rental Products

We created dedicated pages for rental products, offering customers the ability to choose the number of days they wish to keep the toys. 

This customization feature for the rental period is essential to meet the individual needs of customers, providing them with flexibility and control over their subscriptions. 

The rental product pages were designed to be clear and intuitive, allowing customers to quickly select the desired period and understand the rental terms.


Product Catalog

Circle Time's product catalog was configured to redirect visitors directly to the subscription plans page. 

This strategic redirection facilitates navigation and helps visitors better understand the products and services offered. By guiding visitors directly to the plans page, we eliminate unnecessary steps in the user journey, which increases the chances of conversion and subscription sign-ups.


Donations Page

We developed a personalized page for the donations area, which is accessed after the end of the toy usage cycle. 

This page encourages customers to participate in a more conscious and responsible consumption cycle, promoting the donation of used toys. The donations page includes information on how toys can be donated, the benefits of this action, and the positive impact on the community. This initiative not only strengthens Circle Time's commitment to sustainability but also engages customers in social responsibility practices.


Result

With the solutions implemented by Deza, Circle Time was able to offer an intuitive and efficient user experience, making it easier to understand products and subscription plans. This resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction and subscription sign-ups.
