What is the biggest challenge presented by Darkness?
Darkness is one of the companies in the BRV group, in addition to it, Integralmédica, Nutrify, and Hopper are also part of it.
Within this strategy, Integralmédica and Darkness are complementary companies.
That is, Integralmédica focuses on entry-level products for a broader audience, while Darkness targets a more professional audience. People who used to buy from Integralmédica, wishing to grow and become even better, start consuming Darkness products.
Therefore, the biggest challenge the group faced was building this customer journey between the two companies. How would people buy Darkness products if the audience entered through Integralmédica's website and vice versa?

What strategies did we implement?
Shared cart
Deza entered the project with a bang. We built a strategy with the VTEX platform that united the two companies.
The biggest differential for us to achieve results was the development of the shared cart. We chose to keep them in the same environment, but this does not mean that we neglected their individualities.
Thus, the two stores are in the same environment; however, through customized cookies and a Cloudflare service, we managed to merge the carts even when changing URLs.
So, when a customer enters Integralmédica, places purchases in the cart, and then enters Darkness, the products remain saved in both stores to finalize the purchase.
Dedicated resource
The partnership between Darkness and Deza was marked by the implementation of a dedicated resource, with a complete team focused on the success of the e-commerce construction project.
Deza allocated highly qualified professionals specialized in various areas, such as web development, design, UX/UI, information security, and system integration.
